Requirements to Apply


All submissions will first undergo preliminary review by the project's coordinating students and will then be evaluated by an academic and professional jury.

  • Only original works that align with the theme will be accepted. Works previously exhibited in professional art establishments will not be eligible.

  • The work submitted in your application must be the exact work included in the final publication.

  • All applications will undergo a pre-selection process before being sent to the jury for evaluation.

  • Each artist must apply individually unless submitting as a collective. Collectives must clearly state their status in the application form.

  • All required documents, images, and details must be submitted in the format specified in the Application Info section. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

  •  Applications are open to young artists and academicians, students, and recent graduates.

  • Selected artists must adhere to deadlines for submitting additional materials, such as finalized images and project texts.

Terms and Conditions

  • Selected works must not be exhibited elsewhere until the publication is released.

  • Body as Medium reserves the right to reproduce images and project details for promotional purposes.



  • This project is a non-commercial, non-profit initiative carried out within an academic and artistic research framework. Its aim is to foster new discussions in the fields of art and theory, provide visibility for emerging artists and academics, and encourage interdisciplinary interaction.
